Our Story
Wilbur Holden and Dominic Morlando met and began planning for Morlando-Holden Construction, Inc. in 2001. Both were raised in upstate New York and each worked in North Carolina with other General Contractors since 1995.
Since that time, Morlando-Holden Construction, Inc. has experienced steady growth. We currently employ 17 (seventeen), and our revenues are over $12,000,000.
We focus on non-residential building with experience in retail, schools, churches, upfits, renovations, and metal buildings.
We are a bondable, fully-insured, safety-conscious corporation, and have built a foundation that includes project managers, superintendents, and office support.
